Fire engine red PVC jackets…
…and electric blue mohair cardigans trimmed with black leather were my wardrobe essentials as a young designer working in London, tum ti tum years ago. Nowadays, I’ve adapted to my Devonian environment and you might find a pair of wellies (in my colour, naturally) next to my patent leather heels. Three children, weight gain, weight loss again and even the big ‘C’ with life changing surgery, all did their best to make me wonder if I even had a style, or felt like a woman at all. I found shopping trips confusing and had a wardrobe full of clothes that felt like they belonged to somebody else. How I wish I had known about Colour Me Beautiful then, it would have saved me a fortune in style blunders and colour disasters. Now, I want to help you to avoid that world of pain too.
I trained in London with Colour me Beautiful, Europe’s leading image consultants. I am a fully qualified and very experienced Colour and Style Consultant working from my studio in Exeter, Devon. I keep my finger on the pulse of the fashion world with a couple of days a week at John Lewis too. I don’t mind how old you are, what your lifestyle or gender orientation is. What does matter to me is that you look fabulous in a way that only you can. My approach is very friendly, relaxed and informal.
